Airlines were, of course, hit very hard in the Covid crisis.

The stocks raced right out the gate when the market was QE'd every which way till Tuesday. Local service ceiling was hit in March 2021 once a series of Covid variants limited travel more than had been expected. Delta (the virus, not the airline) was a setback due to its lethality as was Omicron due to its vaccine evasion. As deaths have waned and countries opened up travel, the airline sector has started to grow once more. We believe this can continue apace.
